**_This is a remote, 6 month role for the Summer-Fall 2022 term that

begins in June 2022 and ends December 16, 2022. Successful candidates will be working from home during the duration of the term._**

We are looking for an Engineering Operations Coordinator to join our Engineering Programs and Operations Team. The Operations Coordinator will work alongside the Engineering Business Operations Team and support them in managing a variety of initiatives, such as coordination of cross-functional operational improvements, focusing on introduction of new processes and frameworks and change management.

How You Contribute to Our Vision

  • You will work closely with Engineering Bus Ops team members located in North America and Lisbon to assist on our journey of continuous improvement to scale efficiently as we grow.
  • You will assist with driving change and improvements to our Engineering interviewing model to help enable us to hire >100 employees in Engineering this fiscal year.
  • Lead tracking, communication and followup around our Interviewer Shadow Program, working with recruiting coordinators and Engineers, helping us increase our number of Interviewers
  • You will attend all relevant team meetings and help us keep track of action items
  • Clean up and further build out our Bus Ops wiki presence on our company Intranet site.
  • Assist team members on critical initiatives, and seek solutions for any roadblocks faced
  • Project coordination
  • Additional ad hoc projects as needed and identified

  • You are extremely organized, analytical with laser-focused attention to detail
  • You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions to get things done
  • You are comfortable working independently given some direction
  • You are excited to work with technical people and are interested in technical concepts
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and embrace change
  • You are a natural problem-solver
  • You are able to pick up new software tools with ease

Minimum Qualifications

  • Leadership experience, including extracurriculars, hobbies, sports, etc
  • Interests in technology and software
  • Experience in project management or project coordination
  • Proficient in Google Suite, and preferred experience with Confluence
  • Experience writing communications (emails and reports) to stakeholders
  • Experience or strong interests in helping the small items move to enable the larger picture to succeed
  • Not afraid to connect with or build a relationship with people you have not met before
