PagerDuty is looking for a Collections Specialist to partner with the sales organization and external customers. The successful candidate balances providing customer satisfaction as well as increasing cash flow and reduction of bad debt.

How You Impact Our Vision

  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the direct supervisor
  • Daily delinquency notices
  • Payment and billing reconciliations
  • High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers
  • Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Internal and External collaboration to facilitate payments
  • Participate in team planning meetings
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
  • Team player able to assist where needed
  • Able to create ad-hoc reporting utilizing Zuora, SalesForce, Excel

About You

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to generate reports
  • Outstanding attention to detail, high level of accuracy in written work and reports, and the ability to exercise good judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to present data in an understandable format
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of high volume B2B collections experience
  • Knowledge of Collections, Cash Applications, and Billing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up; we want candidates with that entrepreneurial spark!
  • Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate level Excel skills
  • Zuora and SalesForce experience a plus
