**About the Role:
** As the Engineering Manager of a New Product/Discovery Development team,
you will manage 4-7 high-performing engineers and help them to conduct product
discovery, explore technical options, and rapidly iterate on solutions to
fascinating and challenging problems – as well as to navigate ambiguity, work
cross-functionally through necessary pivots, and grow as engineers. Your team
designs, pilots, and builds new products that educators will adopt to improve
student outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing on
creative ways to meet needs, make trade-offs, and delight users.

build solutions to education’s toughest problems. We have strong technical
