About the Role:

The Product Education Manager II will focus on the design and delivery of one- to-many resources to support Panorama clients and end users throughout their Panorama journey. As a member of the Product Education team within Panorama’s Teaching & Learning function, the Senior Product Education Manager will be responsible for creating resources, video tutorials and articles for Panorama Academy, documenting feature functionality to support the rollout of new products and product improvements, and leading work around in-app messaging. The Senior Product Education Manager role also works collaboratively across functions at Panorama, inclusive of Marketing, Product, and Client Experience, to support cross-functional initiatives that require product education expertise or deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish articles, resources (PDFs, toolkits, guides, worksheets) and videos for Panorama Academy. Update and maintain content based on feedback and engagement data.
  • Create strategy and content for in-app messaging across all Panorama tools.
  • Design, develop, and maintain materials to support implementation, ongoing support, and engagement of districts to deepen educator use of Panorama tools. Complete assigned Jira tickets autonomously.
  • Create and deliver quarterly roadmaps for the delivery of asynchronous resources.
  • Develop internal knowledge management resources for Panorama team members.
  • Develop content that is aligned with the company’s objectives, client needs, and product initiatives.
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of resources for partners, and continually make improvements to the model and materials.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of tools used for content creation, management, and delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships when necessary.
  • Partner with customer marketing to drive the adoption of education team content throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to better understand upcoming changes to the suite of Panorama tools.
  • Continually improve operational procedures by implementing guidelines and communication norms with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, Account Management and customers.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • At least 3 years of full-time working experience in K-12 education (either within SaaS, EdTech, or a school/district).
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and creating customer-facing product education, documentation, training, or support assets for adult learners, preferably within a SaaS-based environment.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills including the ability to explain product functionality and value to a broad audience via text, image, video, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in script-writing, editing and proofreading. Strong copy editing and attention to detail skills, making text easy to read and act upon.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product specialists, subject matter experts and users to understand needs.
  • Knowledge of in-app guide and messaging tools like Intercom, Pendo, Appcues, or other related software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of adult e-learning methodologies including accessibility, inclusivity, and learning styles. Ensures content is accessible and culturally relevant to a diverse audience.
  • Strong project management skills include the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments, prioritize and manage time effectively, and pay rigorous attention to details.
  • Proficient with using video editing software (Camtasia, Canva, or another platform) to create polished, client-facing deliverables and tutorials.
