Paperless Post is seeking a Site Merchandising Associate to support category planning, assortment merchandising, and digital merchandising for our digital invitations products and our new ecommerce platform, which launches Q4 2021. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining performance reports, identifying assortment opportunities through in-depth analysis, and optimizing onsite merchandising of our categories & products. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Content Planning and Strategy and will partner closely with the Content Design, Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.

From developing assortment plans that encourage higher conversion to optimizing onsite merchandising to help users find the perfect invitation, we play an integral role in working cross-functionally with nearly every team in the company.
