The RSD is a newly created position as part of the recently launched clinical diagnostics business unit. This field-based role will lead product launch and promotion of the compendium of Personalis’ whole exome / transcriptome-based oncology testing. Primary duties are associated with building and growing the oncology HCP tester base. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and wants to be part of building a best in class sales organization representing the latest in molecular testing technologies.   • Comprehensive business plan development and execution
  • Direct academic oncology promotion and HCP/KOL tester development
  • Establish and grow oncology testing volumes
  • Institutional selling across oncologists, pathologists, advanced practice providers, clinic stakeholders, and hospital leadership
  • Cross functional collaboration with medical affairs, marketing, client services, and managed markets
  • Ability to communicate features, benefits, and application of complex molecular testing platforms
  • Sales team building, leadership, coaching, and management

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years oncology molecular diagnostics sales experience, preferably with product launches
  • Sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success in academic oncology / KOL customer development, selling, and leadership
  • Strong business acumen and organization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements :

  • Travel at least 50% of the time
  • Must be located within geography with access to major airport
