The Role

As a Compensation Lead you will help advance our recruitment, retention and financial targets through research and expertise on employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze market compensation
  • Set up compensation structures and programs
  • Update and develop comp bands
  • Perform offer compensation approvals
  • Other key initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client-facing experience in Compensation Consulting, Compensation Management or People Analytics; ideally including 3+ years at a high growth tech startup (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research, draw conclusions, and present findings to audiences including Executive team
  • Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling
  • Expertise in Excel & Google Suite (e.g. Google Sheets)
  • Experience working with multiple cross functional teams and prioritizing deliverables
