About the Role:

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our global field marketing team to assist with the planning and execution of field marketing activities. Reporting to the Director of Global Field Marketing and Corporate events, this individual will help execute marketing plans that are in support of the regions’ strategy and pipeline goals. This person will primarily support the North America Commercial and US Government field marketing managers and sales territories.

Impact You’ll Own:

  • Provide overall event and project management support for the Global Field Marketing team (80% of support for North Americas Field Marketing Team and 20% Global/EMEA support)
  • Manage complete event lifecycle: creating event plans and promotional/social activities; helping with shipping requests; building event assets in Marketo; managing logistics and creative requests; and tracking post-event follow up
  • Monitor and measure campaign results by leveraging Salesforce and other reporting tools
  • Provide project management support including internal workflows, timelines within Monday.com, and vendor contracts
  • Launch new sales programs that are in line with the team’s overall objectives and goals
  • Regularly update the master field marketing calendar, respond to event requests, provide ongoing research of region-specific industry events, and evaluate sponsorships based on Planet’s objectives and target audience
  • Own swag requests, ordering, and managing of dedicated budget

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in field or event marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with experience of driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams while managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Familiarity with Google Drive; Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Monday.com would be a plus
