Poppin is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team to help execute all aspects of the furniture delivery and installation journey. This will include working directly with Poppin’s Project Management leadership, Sales team, Operations/Customer Experience team and Product team. Project Coordinators will also frequently interact externally with customers, vendors, warehouses, freight providers and furniture installers to meet required deadlines and ensure an exceptional customer experience. A Poppin Project Coordinator must thrive in fast paced environment by organizing and successfully implementing project milestones. Successful Project Coordinators will have a career path that swiftly elevates through the ranks on the Poppin Project Management team.


  • Provide administrative and tactical support for the Project Management department.
  • Accurately track product shipping from multiple warehouses to ensure on time delivery.
  • Coordinate with furniture installers on incoming shipments, timelines, and projects.
  • Oversee order management in Netsuite including adjusting items/warehouses/shipping methods as needed for optimal order processing.
  • Schedule, process, and track customer returns.
  • Partner with US and Canada installers to negotiate Install quotes to help drive savings.
  • Oversee management of replacement parts and sample inventory.
  • Document PM process, workflows, install techniques to maintain reference materials.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an order management or admin role preferred.
  • Demonstrate a track record working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills and oral/written communication abilities.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Oracle Netsuite ERP experience highly desirable.
  • Positivity and a Work Happy attitude.
