We are searching for our founding Onboarding Manager to design, plan, and implement a truly best-in-class new employee onboarding experience . You will take this function from 0 to 10 working closely with internal stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.

This person is responsible for overseeing and creating an onboarding program and working with the onboarding team to ensure each new hire is efficiently onboarded to the company.

  • Organize orientation programs for New Hires
  • Act as a consultant to new employees
  • Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
  • Schedule and oversee training sessions
  • Introduce new hires to current employees
  • Add new employees’ information to company’s payroll system
  • Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
  • Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires
  • Assist existing employees when they move to a new department or position

Qualifications

  • Must have at least three (3) years staffing experience
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Green House software, scheduling/time & attendance software
  • Proven ability to create comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Driven and self-motivated to reach goals
  • Remote
