We are searching for our founding Onboarding Manager to design, plan, and implement a truly best-in-class new employee onboarding experience . You will take this function from 0 to 10 working closely with internal stakeholders to drive adoption and &nbsp;satisfaction.
This person is &nbsp;responsible for overseeing and creating an onboarding program and working with the onboarding team to ensure each new hire is efficiently onboarded to the company.
<ul>
<li>Organize orientation programs for New Hires</li>
<li>Act as a consultant to new employees</li>
<li>Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates</li>
<li>Schedule and oversee training sessions</li>
<li>Introduce new hires to current employees</li>
<li>Add new employees’ information to company’s payroll system</li>
<li>Communicate with new &nbsp;hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)</li>
<li>Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires</li>
<li>Assist existing employees when they move to a new department or position</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have at least three (3) years staffing experience</li>
<li>Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Green House software, scheduling/time &amp; attendance software</li>
<li>Proven ability to create comprehensive recruitment strategies</li>
<li>Strong analytical and time management skills.</li>
<li>Driven and self-motivated to reach goals</li>
