We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to manage the team responsible for supporting Gravie’s Sales Representatives across the end-to- end process for new sales business, from RFPs to contract delivery. At a time of rapid sales growth, the Sales Operations Manager is essential in making sure the people, process and technology supporting the Sales Team is optimized for success.

You will:

· Assign and prepare team members to assist Sales Representatives in the collection and qualification of RFP data and requirements sent by brokers

· Ensure the team properly scrubs and prepares RFP’s for Underwriting review

· Monitor Salesforce to make sure team accurately submits RFP requests

· Manage data entry and critical quoting metrics that are housed in Salesforce

· Diligently monitor and ensure proposal turnaround times are met or exceeded and clearly communicate turnaround time expectations with the Sales team

· Build and oversee a quality assurance program for proposal accuracy

· Work hand-in-hand with the Sales, Underwriting and Implementation teams to make sure responsibilities and handoffs in the end-to-end sales process, from RFPs to contract execution, are properly defined

· Triage assignments and sales support tasks equitably across the team

· Hire, coach and develop team members

· Develop a comprehensive training program and get team members up-to- speed quickly

· Create and continuously refine a library of process and procedural documentation

· Identify and lead projects that make the RFP process more efficient, automated and accurate

· Work with the Sales team to improve proposal content, layout and style

· Oversee provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners

· Make recommendations and drive operational change around sales productivity and process

· Define all necessary materials and information required during the sales process, and ensure it is stored correctly in Salesforce and shared company folders

· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented

**You bring: **

· 3+ years of relevant experience in sales support or RFP development at a health insurance carrier or agency

· 1+ year of experience managing people

· A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation

· A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude

· An obsession with hitting deadlines and making sure work is delivered on-time

· Strong customer-service skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
