This is not a remote role. The Engineering organization is the largest group at Eventbrite which is currently expanding in India at our new dev center. In this role you will support both the Vice President of Engineering in India and the Vice President of Engineering in Spain playing a vital role in continuous communication with our teams in Spain/Argentina and the US.

Our VPs are leading global teams of strategically-minded individuals to bring the needs of our Creators and Consumers to fruition in our Platform. In this role you will have access to some of the most forward- looking information on where the company is headed and will be trusted to nurture and protect it.
As an Executive Assistant, you will bring your expertise to Eventbrite and provide administrative support to the Vice President of Engineering (Spain) and Managing Director and Vice President of Engineering (India). Your project management and administrative skills will help you organize meetings and events, maintain calendars, file expense reports, open purchase orders, manage travel arrangements. You, along with the Executive Assistant in the US, will help run operational meetings for the Engineering organization as well as obtain and create content for presentations and monthly reports. You will be expected to join team meetings and be an important liaison that will support and represent the teams in India, Argentina, Spain and US. In our hybrid working environment, you will help us to find creative ways of fostering connections around the globe. We’re looking for someone who is a pro at working independently and proactively. You will be committed to “making the trains run on time” and supporting your executives in day-to-day operations as well as being strategic in handling conflicts. As the first Executive Assistant in our India office, you will play a key role in creating the very special culture that Eventbrite is known for while supporting the highest business priorities and top-level communications.
