About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Noyo, you will craft digital experiences that help our customers easily and effectively use our products. You’ll lead our design efforts working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and most importantly, our customers.

Our users are a mix of developers with little prior exposure to insurance and insurance experts responsible for managing operational workflows. In this role, you’ll be key in building a well-designed user experience working closely with the product and engineering teams. You have a drive to tackle ambitious problems and turn them into beautifully designed user experiences. You are never satisfied with the status quo and have a high design caliber. Most importantly, you can produce amazing work that helps Noyo standout as a technology leader.

What You'll Do

  • Lead user experience design to help synthesize complicated workflows into manageable user experiences.
  • Lead our customer research function and effectively collaborate with the Product Team during the process to ensure we focus on continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, operators, client-managers, and senior leadership to create a user centric platform experience.
  • Own a portfolio that includes core products for our dual sided marketplace along with internal tools to support our operations team.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging experiences by leveraging design thinking and UX architecture.
  • As a startup, things change quickly, and you can expect to play a role in a shifting and expansive portfolio of projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Impeccable design talent who thinks holistically about the business with a portfolio demonstrating effective design.
  • You've created and implemented a design system
  • Gifted visual, verbal, and written communicator who can distill complicated concepts into friendly, accessible, and enjoyable experiences.
  • Strong sense of ownership and organization required to bring a vision to life from the first customer conversations to shipping pixel perfect products.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating unstructured problems.
  • Expert skills in design, user research, and leading a design forward culture.

What You'll Love About Noyo

  • You will work on innovative products that positively impacts everyday people.
  • You will be challenged and work with a team that prioritizes career growth.
  • You will collaborate with an ambitious and motivated team who are aligned around a driving mission - use technology to improve insurance for everyone.
  • You will help shape large parts of the core product and influence the company as it grows.
