The Role

As a Sales Manager , you will work with our Sales team to drive the entire company forward by bringing our software platform to new nonprofits across the US and Canada. We are a tight-knit, high-energy crew that comprises Account Executives and Sr. Account Executives. Our team enjoys learning new trends, methodologies and immerses ourselves in the nonprofit community we serve. Our team works as a unit to champion our customers, share success stories and in our weekly huddles we celebrate wins and share goals. What You Will Do

  • Coach, Mentor, and motivate a high producing sales team, and in doing so generating revenue opportunities for the sales organizations.
  • Become a master of our product, sales process, methodologies and systems.
  • Train and motivate your team of Account Executives to educate prospects and sell our platform to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 call coaching sessions to help remove barriers and strategize ways to win the deal!
  • Assist in the hiring and training to grow and retain a high performing sales team.
  • Roll up your sleeves to join calls and assist the sales team with client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
  • Manage a forecast with precision and predictability.
  • Drive ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient.
  • Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders in finance, implementation, marketing and support to continually improve our processes so that the client journey is world-class.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years leading a sales team in a high growth SaaS environment .
  • Success in training the sales team on Sandler Sales, GAP selling or similar processes.
  • Someone who embraces new ideas, challenges the status quo and encourages others on the team and/or in the organization to do likewise.
  • A history of sales coaching with the ability to speak to specific examples of how they or their team have achieved success.
  • The ability to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and appreciation for the organization in which they serve.

We Love to See It

  • Leading a sales team in the Non-profit Space.
  • An understanding of fundraising best practices and/or donor databases.

The salary range for this position is: $76,500 - $103,500, plus incentive compensation. Actual Compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.


This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
