Casey Ahrens, Manager of CX Planning & Operations at Formstack, is looking to hire someone who will complement and strengthen the team.

How You’ll Succeed

  • This role will support operational analysis for all arms of the CX Department including our Support, Customer Success, and Pro Services teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design, build and publish reports, visualizations, and dashboards using multiple data sets and sources.
  • Effectively and cohesively communicate data insights and findings to all levels of the organization, including presenting executive summaries, to maximize strategic decision making.
  • Ensure stakeholders can easily and accurately track KPIs and metrics.
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses to answer key business performance questions.
  • Identify opportunities for improved departmental reporting and provide requirements for build-out.
  • In partnership with the Planning and Operations Manager, own business analysis functionalities by identifying new areas of discovery, improving on existing available insights, and ensuring accuracy in analytics.
  • Use business insights to make recommendations to improve and scale departmental performance and processes in partnership with the Planning and Operations Manager.
  • Investigate and implement ways to streamline current reports and make outputs simple yet insightful.
  • Ensure best practices are utilized in defining business processes, reporting standards, and partnering internally to ensure adherence to data architectural guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years’ experience in analytics, with a focus in customer operations data
  • Experience building advanced reports and models in Excel and Salesforce
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of operational KPIs
  • Ability to distill and concisely communicate key business insights from complex analyses
  • Experience in Saas preferred
  • Highly organized with a focus on execution, problem solving and improving processes
  • Exceptional time management skills and accountability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills whether sharing results and insights or documenting assumptions and methodologies
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment

Salary Range

$60,000 - $68,000 per year (USD) + bonus up to 5% of base salary

This is a remote (work-from-anywhere) position.
