As Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you’ll work together with engineering, operations, and deployment teams to work on solutions to account system uptime, maintainability, and reliability challenges. You’ll work closely with our engineering teams to enhance tools provisioning and deployment processes within codified infrastructure. You’ll work with developers to create more robust tooling for cloud implementations, and also develop strategies to reduce downtime and required manual intervention.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the analysis our current operational toolset for shortcomings and product improvements; provide and implement recommendations
  • Build tools to automate monitoring and management of robot fleets.
  • Triage issues as they arise, both on robots and in deployed software.
  • Occasional off-hours, on-call work required.
  • Domestic travel up to 25% may be required
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer, Electrical, or Network Engineering.
  • 6+ years of related work experience; 2+ years of work experience in a Linux environment.
  • 2+ years technical leadership experience
  • Python development experience.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of big data and how to interpret large, unstructured data sets.
  • Experience in building and deploying pipelines in AWS.
  • Strong system integration skills
