Rachio seeks a Go-to-Market Manager who will provide data-driven business insights for new products, features and services, that help the team ensure launch readiness and manage short-term/long-term Product Marketing planning. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work cross- functionally with other teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Service. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will analyze data, new and existing categories, and understand the competitive landscape to help Rachio determine where it is headed and how to get there. This includes analyzing promotional opportunities, understanding the market, and performing in-depth market research. You will help develop strategies and plans to drive business across channels such as Consumer, Pro, Utility, Retail, and more. You must have a passion for product marketing, knowing the ins and outs of every new and existing Rachio product or service, while being able to explain solutions in the most understanding and effective manner.
