WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Grow existing client base by closing additional locations within an organization
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of accounts with defined success metrics in order to drive expansion
  • Constantly refine your sales skills with sales management and sales enablement as well as seek and apply constructive feedback to constantly refine your approach
  • Actively share Voice of Customer with Loadsmart’s Product and Engineering teams to enhance our value for your customers and to build a competitive barrier
  • Strive to become a Subject Matter Expert on our business, the competition and the industry
  • Participate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of direct sales or account management with expansion responsibilities experience in the logistics space
  • Proven track record of leveraging sales productivity similar to Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (this is our current stack)
  • Experience selling WMS or warehouse software services previously or implemented warehouse software or relevant/adjacent logistics, supply chain, freight or distribution experience.
  • Comfortability speaking with decision-makers in the logistics industry and knowing the problems they’re trying to solve.
