What You 'll Do:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Apple computer and iOS hardware and software.
- Perform repairs on Apple computers, iOS hardware, and software.
- Initiate, document, and update GSX2.
- Address repairs based on a work queue system.
- Maintain a clean work area at the end of the day.
What you 'll bring and characteristics we value
- Mac OS and iOS experience
- Responsive, attentive to detail, and able to communicate effectively
- Desire to work within a team, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent technology problem-solving skills and ability to stay current on the best solutions
- Already certified or desire to become certified in Mac OS, iOS, and other hardware.
- Must be able to self-manage projects with minimal supervision
