The Role

As a Customer Success Executive , you will nurture our Mid-Market customer relationships and are responsible for introducing customers to new products and services that will help them achieve their organizations mission. You will be responsible for working with customers to maximize the use of Bloomerang’s solutions and establish a trusted advisor relationship by working to deliver value of products and services.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Mid-Market customers through consultative selling processes to achieve renewal and expansion revenue targets.
  • Leverage domain and product knowledge to drive product adoption and expose opportunities to expand footprint.
  • Proactively forecast and communicate at-risk customers and define mitigation strategies for securing retention.
  • Develop long-term plans and prioritize customer requests to maintain a high degree of confidence and trust.
  • Coordinate and manage commitments across a team of Bloomerang resources leveraging subject matter experts to support customer requests.
  • Provide updates and follow ups to customers on outstanding issues, requests and escalations.
  • Create advocates by ensuring that customers achieve program goals while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Effectively multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience.
  • Aptitude for technology knowledge, spreadsheet and CRM Utilization; previous experience supporting or selling to non-profit organizations is desirable.
  • The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a variety of customers and levels of technology knowledge, including developing and delivering presentations, written communication and engaging verbal communication to effectively establish & maintain credibility.
  • Strong creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is: $46,000 - $62,000, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.


This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters.
