Why You Will Make an Impact:

Wyze seeks a Senior Finance Manager to be a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis Team. In this role, you will work side by side with business and finance leaders to develop business strategies, financial models, and analytical insights.

As a finance partner to the product and channel teams, you will help shape pricing and product assortment strategies as well as matching product demand with supply. At Wyze, Finance is a core part of the business team, not a detached function. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment where you will have chances to influence the decisions of the executives, and what you do will have a significant impact on the growth and profitability of the business.

This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to clearly articulate key messages with business leaders, and the desire to be on a dynamic team within a fast-growing organization.

A Look Inside the Role:

• Serve as a finance partner to product, direct-to-consumer, and retail teams on strategic initiatives, leading business modeling and financial analyses.
• Develop new performance metrics and improve existing processes to drive insight, accountability, and controllership.
• Facilitate financial reviews with senior leaders and work with business managers to drive effective execution.
• Build financial models for new business concepts and special projections and drive insightful deep dives into our business.
• Develop and execute timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, partnering with the accounting team and the business on the close process, ensuring insights, risks, and opportunities are identified and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Develop planning/forecast models and assist in the development of the long-term projections, annual budget, and in-year forecasts.

The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional equally comfortable in thinking big and driving business direction through detailed analysis of business metrics and highly ambiguous situations. They will have a track record of understanding the inputs for successful investments, high standards, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. They will be able to communicate effectively with executive leadership, tackle multiple concurrent projects, and efficiently complete deliverables as part of a high- performing team. The ability to think clearly, analyze quantitively, problem solve, and prioritize are crucial.

You Already Have These Qualifications and Love What You Do:

• 8+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.

And Even Better if the Following Applies to You:

• Industry experience in e-commerce, consumer technology, distribution, retail, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proven skills to earn trust from business partnership and drive cross-organization changes.
• Experience building, leading, and executing financial processes and structure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An MBA or MS in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with multiple analytical tools, modeling methods, and financial reporting systems (Oracle NetSuite, SQL, etc.).

Compensation range is $123k- $150k annual base compensation*.

*base compensation is dependant on the results of the final interview.
