About the Team
The mission of our Learning and Development team is threefold: make p44 a career destination of choice; deliver high-impact career development; and fuel growth and innovation from a diverse perspective. This is an exceptionally exciting time to join our L&amp;D as we support project44’s India expansion efforts.
World-class new hire onboarding programming is critical to p44’s growth, and as an L&amp;D team member, you will make an immediate impact serving as the first training touchpoint point of contact for new p44 new teammates. &nbsp;As a Learning &amp; Development Specialist, you will influence the growth and trajectory of all new team members, providing training on foundational skills and principles necessary for new hire ramp acceleration.&nbsp;
Key Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Own end to end new hire training &nbsp;programming, encompassing coordination, communication, delivery, execution, measurement, evaluations, and iterations. This includes:
<ul>
<li>Identifying and updating key learning outcomes and objectives</li>
<li>Regularly meeting with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure training content is up to date</li>
<li>Creating inclusive, engaging learning and interactives and regularly assessing effectiveness to make updates as needed</li>
<li>Facilitating week-long onboarding programming in front of various diverse audiences</li>
<li>Supporting knowledge transfer of product/technical and behavioral-based skills</li>
<li>Evaluating training effectiveness &nbsp;through surveys and quizzing</li>
<li>Developing fluency in p44 terminology, products, partnerships, team responsibilities and more, to develop a well-rounded approach and perspective</li>
<li>Being a champion for learning for all p44 team members, supporting their career development acceleration</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Your immediate focus will be new hire onboarding. Additional future needs may include continuous job-specific training, product certification efforts, behavioral skills support, and more. &nbsp;For example:
<ul>
<li>Supporting one-off training initiatives as needed via program coordination, facilitation, creation of reference materials/job aids, and similar training-related activities</li>
<li>Collaborating with the broader Learning and Development function to support holistic DEI, talent attraction, and large-scale talent development efforts</li>

Requirements &amp; Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>1+ years served in a training- or learning and development-related capacity, with proven success in live and virtual training environments</li>
<li>Ability to be in-office for 100% of training days</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written</li>
<li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li>
<li>Self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of finding information, building connections, and digging into concepts</li>
<li>Agility in receiving and implementing feedback</li>
<li>Ability to form and manage global stakeholder and SME partnerships</li>
<li>Comfortable working with a remote manager</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of ADDIE</li>
<li>Preferred: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and Kirkpatrick evaluation methods</li>
<li>Previous experience in logistics/supply chain</li>
<li>Fluency in Microsoft product suite (Office 365, Outlook, etc)</li>

Travel
