These teams are responsible for designing, building, hosting, maintaining and innovating these products, and can be broken down into multiple squads to help achieve this.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>The Senior Staff Software Engineer will sit alongside our Engineering Managers to work across all these squads at a team/product level - they will be the technical authority working with our Engineering and Product leaders to deliver technical vision, strategy, direction and support delivery of world class software.</div><div><br></div><div>They will lead the technical direction for the team, and provide coaching and mentoring to other engineers. Outside the team they will share experience and best practices with other Senior Staff Software Engineers across Matillion. We are looking for people who can explain very technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, carry out technical prioritisation and work well with colleagues in and outside of the team at all levels.</div><div><br></div><div>This is a technical role and will be hands on, but you will not be cutting code all day every day -
