Works with business partner, client SME’s to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.

Must be able to provide suggestions, deliver effective and innovative solutions that address the client’s business initiatives for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows.

Role Overview:

  • Building new automation solutions around healthcare industry for Payer, Provider & LS
  • Be part of the Practice to build new offerings and drive growth in automation space
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, proposals and business demand creation
  • Responsible for conducting opportunity assessments, identify potential RPA ideas and create road map.
  • Works with business partner, client SME’s to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
  • Must be able to provide suggestions, deliver effective and innovative solutions that address the client’s business initiatives for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows.
  • Clearly articulate and document business process (AS-IS & TO-BE) flows using UML diagrams.
  • Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding existing business process and effectively communicating the requirements (PDD, and functional specs) to the RPA development team.
  • Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate the solution designs and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery team to provide inputs for the solution estimates including new development efforts, enhancements, and ongoing operations.
  • Proactively resolves customer issues and be a go-to person for any quick turnaround Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to meet the customer demand.
  • Prepare, test functional test cases, demo BOT functions and assist client during UAT.


  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience
  • Manages and analyses business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts.
  • Can independently facilitate user groups and drive consensus.
  • Ability to write detailed descriptions and analysis of user needs business impacts and systems functionality for software development life cycle.
