WHO YOU ARE

Artemis Health is looking for a Senior Director of Product who will report to our General Manager. You have an excellent ability to connect the dots across the healthcare domain using data and analytics solutions, around reducing cost, improving quality and driving patient/consumer outcomes. You love to discover new ideas and build business cases! You excel at partnering with peers and your teams to determine viability of the solution. Most importantly, you are passionate about using your healthcare domain knowledge and technology skills to deliver software products that delight end-users and bring ROI to buyers!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform in-depth healthcare market analysis:

  • Become the resident domain expert in healthcare data/analytics trends

  • Develop strong understanding of target market/customer needs

  • Track competitive landscape to identify differentiating value propositions

  • Articulate the impact/opportunity for our business

  • **Develop business cases: **

  • Engage with anchor clients, executive/customer advisory teams and strategic partners for discovering and validating solution opportunities

  • Create and maintain an idea backlog for new opportunities; validate and prioritize on an ongoing basis

  • Develop business cases and strategy proposals for targeted opportunities, including build/buy/partner feasibility, go-to-market, financial ROI and business/technical/operational KPIs; partner with product leads on detailed scope, MVP design and roadmap

  • Partner across teams to bring maximum product value to our customers:

  • Ensure right technical decisions are being taken for growth and scale

  • Partner with the product leads to prioritize roadmap to balance new innovation, necessary enhancements to features that clients love, and platform scalability

  • Communicate progress against roadmap and engage in prioritization discussions with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Use utilization analytics and invest in user engagement to inform the roadmap

  • Raise the bar continuously for predictable, high-quality product releases

  • Lead the team in a shared accountability model with clarity of context and goals

  • Coach and mentor team members to grow in their respective career paths

  • Evangelize product strategy:

  • Partner with Marketing to enable innovation and strategy message

  • Collaborate with Sales on targeted prospect/client outreach on strategy/innovation partnership

  • Continuously connect the dots with healthcare outcomes for R&D team on the context for their priorities of new products and scaling existing

  • Dissemination of critical market/industry trends and impact/opportunities for our business to internal stakeholder teams, incl. C-suite

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a leadership role in a Healthcare SaaS or a healthcare technology company, and/or a in a similar role at a healthcare payer/provider
  • 10+ years of proven experiences in B2B technology – concept, strategy, build vs buy, discovery, scoping, requirements, prioritization, program/project management, release management, training, documentation, internal/external evangelism
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills, including published work and event presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to deliver on goals
  • Results driven with great communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond
  • Ability to travel ~25%
