We're seeking a Charge Audit Representative to join us.

As a Charge Audit Representative, you will be responsible for retrieving missing data identified by the audit process.

What you'll do:

• Follow daily process of retrieving missing data identified by the audit process
• Identify and report issues
• Research missing charges and resolve discrepancies when necessary
• Work assigned projects as required

What you'll bring to Zotec:

• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems such as Meditech, Cerner and Epic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize and assign own work to meet deadlines, yet work in a team environment
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
• Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and ability to multitask
• Ability to take direction from next level of supervision or above
• High school diploma or equivalent
