**Payments Sales Representative **

Bloomerang Payments is the fully integrated payments solution on the Bloomerang and Kindful products. As the Payments Sales Representative will work closely with the VP to fuel the growth of the Bloomerang Payments solution. You will be migrating existing customers from 3rd party payment processors, increasing adoption/usage of existing payments tools and helping to close new business that is payments dependent.

What You Will Do

  • Build a deep understanding of Bloomerang Payments capabilities and value proposition
  • Work with go-to market teams to build and refine messaging that resonates with Blomerang’s customer base and prospects
  • Work with go-to market team to build and coordinate campaigns to educate Bloomerang customers and prospects about Bloomerang Payments
  • Initiate conversations with Bloomerang’s customer base to migrate from 3rd party processors to Bloomerang Payments
  • Assist in the new business sales process as a subject matter expert to co-sell and close new business
  • Understand the requirements of payment migration and work with customer and prospects to align expectations at the front of the process
  • Work with Payments Operations team to coordinate onboarding and migration efforts onto Bloomerang Payments

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years experience in a Sales or Customer Success role at a payment processor, ISO (independent sales organization) or ISV (integrated software vendor)
  • Deep understanding of the value proposition of integrating payments into a SaaS platform
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to take on new challenges
  • Creativity in assessing opportunities and developing solutions to get deals across the finish line
  • Strong ability to partner across organizations to leverage various functional area partners to accelerate Bloomerang Payments growth
  • The ability to understand customer requirements/pain points around payments processing and migration to ensure a smooth transition onto the Bloomerang platform
  • Experience with CRMs a plus

The salary range for this position is: $60,000, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
