TOPS is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team!

Are you someone who loves being the go-to for questions? Perhaps you're strong in customer service skills but also want to break into the field of accounting?

Our Ft Lauderdale office handles the financial services side of our organization, with this role being the first contact point for unit owners. You will learn about property management, HOAs, accounting, and much more!

This is a full-time hourly role, joining a supportive and collaborative team in-office at our Ft Lauderdale, Florida location. Salary range is 40-45k, depending on experience, and hours are typically 8:30-5pm EST.

What you 'll do

  • Focus on the experience of who you are serving, providing direct customer support in the form of answering questions from unit owners and residents
  • Resolve customer queries by reviewing and providing breakdown of account balances and payment details/ statuses
  • Update client accounts with information or concerns, as relevant
  • Navigate a high call volume environment, escalating and reassigning client calls to other teams as needed

You should have

  • Required: 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a call center supporting technology
  • Required: bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Preferred: experience in a high call volume environment
  • Familiarity with accounting-based practices is a plus, but we are able to train too
  • Excited about learning and guiding others in software solutions
  • Able to listen effectively, communicate clearly and positively, and de-escalate concerned clients
  • Patience, problem solving, ability to manage priorities, and deadlines effectively
