YOUR ROLE

&nbsp;The IT Field Support Professional will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT network infrastructure/ solutions in order to contribute to a first-class IT Management Service for our operations. This role operates in complex decision-making environments that impact CEVA Operations with the ability to provide network stability and an exemplary end-user experience.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

&nbsp;&bull; Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support network devices i.e. Cisco/HP switches, VeloCloud Routers, Ruckus/Cisco AP&rsquo;s, Cradlepoints &amp; management software.

&nbsp;&bull; Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and/or respond to outages.

&bull; Manage, research, and resolve complex end-user escalation incidents.

&nbsp;&bull; Test and perform upgrades and patches to installed operating systems and software.

&nbsp;&bull; May develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deployment of systems.

&nbsp;&bull; Perform defined processes and practices to manage systems, software, and networks to ensure consistent and reliable operation to meet the business needs.

&nbsp;&bull; Work with Office of Information Security to monitor threats, alerts, and security vulnerabilities for Installed systems; implement response plan for various types of threats and attacks.

&nbsp;&bull; Create and maintain system documentation of processes, procedures, plans, and configurations.

&nbsp;&bull; Manage and maintain hardware inventory of network switches and other devices.

&bull; This function is accountable for providing input in IT Cost Model Estimates for cluster IT initiatives.

&nbsp;&bull; Accountable for managing documentation portfolio for the center of excellence as we well as establishing, and monitoring use, of industry best practices in the delivery of solution.

&nbsp;&bull; Accountable for managing the workload of center of excellence (project) team members, assigning work to other individuals on the team for completion, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

&bull; Accountable for providing input into sound fiscal management of IT projects ensuring budgets are met and realistic time/effort/cost measures are put in place. Qualification Requirements:

&nbsp;&bull; Associates degree preferred, In IT Management, Supply Chain Management, or comparable experience in the logistics industry.

&nbsp;&bull; ITIL Foundation

&bull; Technology/domain-driven

&nbsp;&bull; Strong expertise within functional domain or technology.

&nbsp;&bull; Good analytical and problem-solving skills

**YOUR ROLE**
