You'll do a lot of product design - this isn't a "systems only role"
Our engineers are eager to help you build our design system
You'll own and orchestrate the design system rollout and it's governance
Operationalize usability measurement, motions, and gates
Lead horizontal redesigns of shared features across our product teams
Work with leadership to visualize the future of our product
10 years of experience designing apps at a tech company
Shipped exemplary work into a large market
Played a key role in designing at least two design systems
Successfully transitioned at least one app to a design system
Fluent with web, iOS, and Android interface design patterns
A unicorn who can write frontend code

$157,500 - $215,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
