Ironclad is seeking a Marking FP&A Manager to partner closely with the Marketing leadership team. At Ironclad, Finance is all about business partnership in enabling business leaders meet their goals and drive results for the company. We do this by leveraging data and insights to identify trends, connect the dots and participate in day to day decision making at the company. You'll get substantial leadership exposure, focus on the highest- priority business issues and gain understanding of a high growth SaaS business.
What you 'll be doing:
Be a strategic business partner to the CMO and the marketing team and help them make better business decisions. Delivering insights to enable decision making based on data, KPIs and metrics.
Consolidate monthly forecasts from all departments and create a detailed corporate forecast and present it to the CFO, CMO & CEO on a monthly basis.
Prepare forecasts for Marketing ROI, Marketing Channel Performance, Conversion and Marketing Funnel.
Support headcount planning, resource allocation, create and manage processes to support discretionary expense tracking, drive annual planning
Setup and improve reporting automation to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Work with accounting, operations, analytics and other departments to build finance systems for scale.
Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to track Marketing-specific trends, growth initiatives, business performance, and visibility into operating performance.
Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings and investor presentations.
Help us build a world class FP&A team that can take Ironclad public.
What we 're looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Finance/FP&A at a B2B SaaS company. Prior experience in tier 1 banking or consulting is an additional plus
Comfortable working with large unorganized datasets, partner closely with Analytics, marketing operations and systems teams.
Ability to work with disparate data sources, connect the dots and tell a story for the operators.
Exceptional presentation and writing skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level.
Proficient in tools such as Netsuite, Planful, Anaplan, etc.

**Base Salary Range: **$130,000-163,000 per year
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
