The role

As a team we are together responsible for providing a modern, efficient and secured environment supporting our employees as we believe that our employees are our greatest strength. We are looking for someone with strong understanding of the management, soft and people’s skills, excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities

I. Knowledge of and experience working with the following tools/languages:

  • Python (general purpose libraries/ecosystem, HTTP server, UWSGI)

  • JavaScript (ES2017, React, MaterialUI, charting libraries

  • PostgreSQL (and non-specific relational database design skills)

  • GraphQL (understanding, being comfortable with both client & server parts)

  • General API design skills

  • Docker

II. Architectural responsibilities

  • Ability to architect client requirements into new customized products

  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into sustainable, documented and tested custom products

  • Work with project analysts and engineers to produce architecture documentation

  • Act as technical lead on complex customer projects

  • Assist in clearing development roadblocks for the project teams

III. Mentoring/Technical Oversight

  • Provide technical mentorship to other members of the project team

  • Assist with on-boarding training for new technical team members

  • Complete code review and approve pull requests ensuring coding best practices are followed and assessed for security vulnerabilities (e.g. SQL injections, CSRF)

  • Ensure proper test coverage is in place across codebase

IV. Release Management

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows

  • Can work with DevOps team to manage and perform releases to various environments (DEV, UAT, PROD)
