As the Ninety organization continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Coach Client Success Manager (CSM) to the Partnerships team who is specifically responsible for helping coaches and partners achieve their goals. This is accomplished by understanding and appreciating the unique facets of each coach's practice, ensuring they are up to date with feature releases and updates, and are confidently using and sharing Ninety with their clients. The Coach Client Success Manager reports directly to the Integrator of the Partnerships team, working in collaboration with other CSMs and Live Chat Support Specialists to provide exceptional coach and partner support.
