As the Ninety organization continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Coach Client Success Manager (CSM) to the Partnerships team who is specifically responsible for helping coaches and partners achieve their goals. This is accomplished by understanding and appreciating the unique facets of each coach's practice, ensuring they are up to date with feature releases and updates, and are confidently using and sharing Ninety with their clients. The Coach Client Success Manager reports directly to the Integrator of the Partnerships team, working in collaboration with other CSMs and Live Chat Support Specialists to provide exceptional coach and partner support.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Client Success, or a similar client-facing role with a SaaS product
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet the needs of each coach
  • Exceptional telephone and email skills with an ability to delight over various mediums.
  • Experience in, or are excited to work in an early-stage environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated
  • Willing to travel to partnership events Quarterly

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Ninety's tools, the system and our vision
  • Act as a steward and advocate for every coach as an individual
  • Create a positive first impression for coaches through email and video calls
    • Record details of your calls and interactions using our CRM (Hubspot)
    • Promptly follow up with coaches based on their specific needs
  • Surprise and delight our coaches by delivering exceptional customer service to them and their clients
    • Product training via a video conference (Zoom)
    • Individual follow-up based on coach/or their clients' needs
    • Seamless client onboarding support
  • Be the voice of the coaches:
    • Communicate with the Client Success and Marketing Teams to help everyone understand what coaches are experiencing
    • Communicate with Product so they understand common questions and capture feedback from coaches
    • Communicate with Engineering when there is an urgent problem or need

What Success Looks Like:

  • 15+ coach calls per week
  • 15 delighted coaches per week
  • Program activation within the coaching community.
  • Exceptional reviews from the coaches you work with
  • Build trusted relationships with 100% of coach interactions
