About the team:
As a core component of Angi’s marketing channel portfolio, the Consumer
Outbound team powers our personalized approach to helping homeowners get their
jobs done well. Through a global network of voice and non-voice contact
centers, we provide concierge services to homeowners as they tackle top-of-
mind projects and think proactively about how to care for their home. As a
telemarketing function, regulatory compliance is crucial to customer
satisfaction and business performance. In this role, you will take a
leadership role in managing this for the business and defining our forward-
looking compliance strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Pave the way by establishing our first, dedicated compliance function focused on our telemarketing activities
- Develop and maintain internal policies that drive adherence to consumer rights laws and regulations, including TCPA, state-specific, and other requirements
- Establish reporting and ongoing monitoring to ensure proper strategic execution
- Continuously assess the efficiency of policies and processes, ensuring the issues are surfaced and addressed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our technology teams to implement controls in our product that enhance or drive efficiencies in our compliance processes
- Act as subject matter expert for the organization, advising on compliance implications of business and product decisions, developing training content, and supporting external partner relationships
- Champion our compliance culture, bringing visibility to the value compliance delivers to our customers and the business overall
Who you are:
- 5+ years in a telemarketing/TCPA compliance oversight role
- Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Law, Business Management, Finance, etc.
- Subject matter expert in consumer rights laws and regulations, including TCPA; familiarity with CAN-SPAM is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Analytical and attentive to detail
- Able to synthesize complex technical and regulatory information into digestible presentations
- Able manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to quickly pivot into new tasks as needed

Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
