THE TEAM

The FP&A team is a high impact, high visibility team that partners with the CFO and Sr. company leaders to inform and influence decision-making through timely, accurate analytics, and data-driven business recommendations. We are a fast-moving team who gives structure to complicated issues. THE ROLE

You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, executive leadership, and specifically the marketing team to drive actionable insights that help drive business decisions. You will gather data and develop financial models to tie team initiatives directly to metrics and revenue. The ideal candidate is an analytical all-star who can take complex problems and bring order to data and decision-making. You are proactive, relentlessly curious, and an excellent communicator.

THE SKILLSET

  • 4+ years of applicable experience in finance, analytics or data at a fast-growing company or a background in a highly quantitative field.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Adaptable to changing needs and situations, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • In-depth understanding of financial statements and understanding of accounting concepts
  • Advanced modeling, Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, self-directed, and collaborative

BONUS POINT

  • Experience with BI tools like SuperSet & Tableau and/or comfort with MySQL
