The GTM (Go-to-Market) Systems team enables Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to succeed today and to scale for tomorrow. We use a "T" model for our focus: we go deep on Salesforce and CPQ while also working broadly across all GTM systems on integrations and general systems coordination. Our team of five is part of the greater GTM Operations team with close teammates in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and Deal Desk.
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users including answering questions and resolving issues. Analyze day-to-day support needs to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements (lead smaller projects and assist on larger projects). Work may include flows, third party integrations, configuration and setup, bulk imports, custom object enhancements, and page layout optimization.
Participate in cross-functional projects as needed to support the overall success of our organization.
What we 're looking for:
1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Salesforce administrator certification (ADM201) is helpful to demonstrate knowledge.
Interest in building Salesforce and GTM systems expertise (we expect you to grow out of this role and advance your career with us).
Experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning. Exposure to CPQ, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesloft, or RingLead is a bonus.
Experience working with GTM teams and familiarity with their typical work processes and challenges.
Comfort with working with stakeholders to understand requirements and explain solutions.
Effective task management, prioritization and issue escalation skills.

**Base Salary Range: **$85,000-$127,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
