About the role

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for owning the day-to-day operations and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns to drive EBITDA growth for Angi. They will also be the face of Angi for our external lead generation partners. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and program performance, meeting regularly with our partners as well as internal stakeholders to keep our goals on track, contract and invoicing, and auditing partners for compliance and lead quality. Through channel analysis, quality and product initiatives, our Partnerships Manager will be responsible for increasing YoY growth and Lead Quality Scores across Angi’s Lead Generation Partners.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside partners to ensure positive business performance, strong quality, and adoption to new tools & offers on the Angi platform
  • Regularly audit & report on partner sites to ensure compliance with Angi guidelines and partner performance
  • Support contract creation and amendment process
  • Coordinate with legal to ensure that contracts are executed in a timely fashion
  • Evaluate and report on traffic quality weekly to ensure quality traffic for both pros and customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine requirements and evaluate new features to improve quality and/or grow the business
  • Proactively communicate information upwards and anticipate communication needs

Who you are

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and client hands - you’ll be interacting with folks all day
  • High organizational ability and attention to detail - you’ll need to keep on top of a lot of moving parts
  • A self starter who can work independently and proactively plan their own schedule
  • Strong proficiency with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting on results
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to dig deep into processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
  • Demonstrate proactivity in analysis, action and communication. Anticipate risks/problems and develop mitigation plans preemptively
  • A bias toward action: preferring to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges **** $80,000 - 100,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
