About Remodel Health:
Remodel Health is revolutionizing the way organizations deliver health benefits to their employees. We are a people-driven software company changing the way employers deliver health benefits because the old way is expensive and unsustainable, it is hindering organizations' missions, and affecting the people carrying the flag. We are helping organizations shift from old-school, outdated benefit plans to managed individual plans. We do this through our technology platform and our incredible team members. We like to think of ourselves as the 401(k) of health benefits, assisting organizations in moving away from cumbersome group products to an employee-centered benefit. As a member of our team, you will share in our vision to unlock and repurpose resources for organizations. Our heart is to serve organizations well so that they can continue growing their missions and serve the World.
We secured our Series A funding in 2018 and have seen significant growth as we have served our clients well. We serve in the Managed Individual Health Insurance space. We are the industry leader for faith- based organizations where people get premium tax credits (what we call the Wage+ space) and rapidly growing in the health insurance reimbursement space (ICHRA). Our solution is needed because health insurance has gotten expensive, and organizations have had to cut benefits or cut other items (like people and raises). We get to put organizations on a more sustainable trend, resource their organizations, and resource their people. If all of this excites you, we would love to connect!
