JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Agent to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Agent will be responsible for performing cycle counts in the warehouses and vaults, order picking, and maintaining material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. We are looking for associates with great attention of detail to maintain an accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Agent will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.&nbsp;
CORE JOB DUTIES&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Conduct weekly cycle counts of finished goods, packaged goods, personal protection equipment, and miscellaneous facility items in electronic systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures bulk material &amp; finished goods are physically &amp; electronically accurate within inventory system&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintains accurate records of inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identifies count discrepancies for escalation during check-in and weekly count processes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Picks outbound order fulfillment orders&nbsp;</li>
<li>Replenishes and controls finished goods in vaults&nbsp;</li>
<li>Operates lift equipment as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>High school diploma or GED required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft Excel&nbsp;</li>
<li>Intermediate math skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>High level of organization skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deadline-driven and detail-oriented&nbsp;</li>
<li>Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employees&nbsp;</li>
<li>Forklift experience preferred&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
