  • KGI offers a competitive incentive compensation plan for its sellers - you will have a commission plan that rewards production and has no cap on earnings.

**What You Will Do **

  • Following KGI's 7-step selling process, you are charged with selling Atlas subscriptions within an assigned territory including Fortune 1000 and upper-tier, mid-market Commercial companies using both self-generated and Marketing inbound leads

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Atlas platform and the business value equation the platform brings to customers operating Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud for security, IT operations, and Development use cases

  • Collaborate with counterparts at Splunk and Splunk partners to promote Atlas and secure new customers

  • Manage sales cycles of Atlas subscriptions to Commercial organizations from beginning to end within Kinney Group's CRM system -- HubSpot

  • Exceed all defined sales process KPIs and quotas related to Atlas subscription sales

  • Effectively utilize both Kinney Group and platform partner engineering resources to address customer's technical and business requirements

**What You Need to Have **

  • An energetic drive to build a successful technical sales career selling a unique SaaS offering

  • A "business athlete" mentality with hustle and grit coupled with a natural curiosity and a drive to win

  • Possess technical acumen and an appetite to learn about software and infrastructure solutions - IT should be a passion area for you

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn proven sales strategies and tactics. We will provide training every step of the way and will look to you to execute on those lessons daily.

  • Strong sales aptitude, work ethic, and great cultural attitude are a must - commitment to learning and living the Kinney Group selling model is critical to your success

  • This position is based at the Kinney Group company headquarters in Carmel, IN. Full-time presence at our Carmel facility is a requirement to support effective and ongoing training and development
