You can operate as a player-coach, willing to “do it yourself” while always keeping an eye on scaling through repeatable mechanisms. As you may be in a position to hire a team in future, you will need to exhibit a high bar for talent and a deep rooted empathy to help team members grow in their careers.
In this role, you will:

Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, variable compensation, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
