We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about engaging and building relationships with prospects while communicating our innovative solution. This individual will be responsible for winning new Inside Sales business in Indiana. We are looking for a driven individual with a consultative style of professional and interpersonal communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate inbound pipeline, generate outbound pipeline, and close new business
• Implement and optimize the Inside Sales process for prospective customers
• Collaborate territory outreach initiatives with Outside Sales and Business Development teams

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills are required, both verbal and written
• 2+ years success in a B2B sales role
• Professional experience in health insurance or health tech preferred
• Passion for making complex ideas simple and helpful
