As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Paid Media Specialist who will strategize and execute demand generation strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, and Review Site programs and who will report to the Demand Generation Leader.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Expertise in understanding customer pain points at various stages and communicating solutions that result in customer action in a product lead growth motion - excellent storytelling
  • 3+ years of direct PPC management with annual budgets of $500,000+
  • 3+ years of direct paid social management with annual budgets of $200,000+
  • Extensive knowledge of the tools and auction bidding techniques for the platforms
  • Ability to prioritize competing optimization tasks
  • Deep analytic skills with focus on what drives revenue
  • Content marketing experience
  • Be proactive, innovative, creative, and persistent behaviors. You're not okay with status quo
  • Clear communication skills with others through email, reports, creative briefs, slide decks, and verbal
  • Passion for marketing and your craft through study and knowledge
  • Reliable internet and phone connection
  • Experience in, or are excited to work in an early-stage environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale free trial lead volume at profitable rates
  • Analyze, strategize, and execute campaigns for free trials from Google Ads, LinkedIn, G2, and Gartner platforms.
  • Work closely with creative and product marketing teams
  • Communicate well with others

What Success Looks Like:

  • A demand generation machine that scales free trial leads that turn into revenue
  • Free trial lead volume, LTV:CAC ratio
  • Grow free trial leads 10% MoM (300 to 330 monthly)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills - Previous experience and ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Education - Bachelors in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Technology - Monday, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook. Certifications are a plus.
  • Portfolio of Work - Marketing campaign work developed cross-functionally with input from product, creative and marketing teams
  • Relevant Work Experience - Knowledge of SaaS, PLG marketing motions.
