As the Senior Director of People Partners, you will be responsible for leading Ironclad's HRBP strategy and delivering programs at moments that matter over the employee lifecycle. Building on a strong foundation, you will design and lead Ironclad's employee engagement, development, and talent management programs for our next phase of growth.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be a key member of the people leadership team, contributing to our overall people and company strategies. This role is located in our San Francisco office and will report to the Chief People Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Chief People Officer and leadership team to define People Business Partner strategy and programmatic solutions to drive a high performing and engaged culture.
Build strategic partnership with Executives and leaders to enable Ironclad's business strategy with their people strategy.
Collaborate with Executive leadership to identify and develop HR strategies, including but not limited to advising on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance and development.
Lead, coach, and develop a global team of People Business Partners (PBPs), enablement, and program practitioners. Enable data-driven decision making by delivering analysis, insights, and impact recommendations in key people metrics, including engagement, retention, DEIB, and mobility.
Design, deliver, and manage annual People Programs relating to employee engagement, manager enablement, DEIB, performance, and career development.. ,
Create and implement ongoing talent planning and management solutions to drive employee development, mobility, and retention planning processes across the organization.
Work closely with People, Finance, Operations, and Legal departments on employment compliance standards including but not limited to employee handbook enablement, employee relations, and reporting.
Collaborate with People Operations and Total Rewards teams to ensure annual program calendar align to and support broader G&A and company-level initiatives.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Demonstrates our company values of empathy, integrity, drive, and intent.
5+ years' experience in senior HR leadership roles partnering with executives and leading a team of People practitioners.
10+ years of experience in HRBP, talent management, organizational development or another related business function.
Experience supporting a diverse customer base, scaling high growth teams through organizational transformation.
Strong project management skills and an orientation to build for scale leveraging technology and cross-functional partnerships.
Expertise at building and embedding stage appropriate infrastructure for a growing company
Ability to combine key compliance standards with progressive people practices.

**Base Salary Range: **$250,000 - $285,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
