Remodel Health is looking for a Broker Account Executive based in Indianapolis, Indiana, who will be a key member of this fast paced and high-volume sales team. As a consultative-sales professional with strong intrapersonal skills, you will be tasked with communicating our innovative solution to key broker/agency partners and helping communicate our solution to their employer relationships. This role requires the ability to nurture and grow strong relationships that demonstrate a high level of trust and competence around our sales solution and process.

Responsibilities:

  • Educating Brokers on ICHRA+ and 401k Health Solutions

  • Engage broker community around ICHRA+ and 401k Health solutions.

  • Delivering quotes to brokers on ICHRA+ and clearly communicating the overall solution.

  • Communicating alongside brokers to employers Remodel Health's ICHRA+ solution.

  • Working alongside sales operations and launch teams to effectively oversee communication of incoming ICHRA+ groups to ensure successful launch.

  • Communicating broker feedback to the marketing team to help inform the creation of future content.

  • Closing & Contracting Revenue in alignment with Sales Goal.

  • Other broker sales responsibilities as assigned

  • Provide thought leadership in ideas and approaches to sales productivity challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years experience in customer-facing solution sales with a history of driving, managing, and closing mid-market deals
  • Experience developing strong channel partner relationships and selling through those partners
  • Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech preferred
  • Passion for coming alongside organizations in need of support
  • Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed sales quota
  • Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, and HR executives
  • Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License
