While the Sales team provides consultative guidance and solutions to our clients, the Implementation team executes world-class deliverables by engaging our network of technicians and bringing media projects to life.
As Implementation Coordinator, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for your clients and manage the whole post-sales experience, guiding them through the initial project kick-off to a successful delivery. During implementation, you’ll be developing and executing on project plans to capture, deliver, and deploy the world class visuals our team creates.
This role is based in Oval Room Group’s Cincinnati office and reports to our Director of Account Management.
