We're seeking a Medical AR Specialist to join us.

As a Medical AR Specialist , you will be responsible for following up on claims rejections and denials, identifying billing issues, communicating with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims, working daily correspondence work files, processing and follow up on appeals and resolving correspondence issues.

This is a hybrid position where your week will be split between in-office and remote work.

What you'll bring to Zotec:

• Medical billing experience working with explanation of benefits (EOBs) and AR follow-up
• Experience in radiology billing a plus
• Strong willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication and strong problem solving skills
• Capable of prioritizing work flow and able to ensure deadlines are met
• High school diploma or equivalent
