Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Workflows team and build the tools that Customer Success Managers need to streamline their work and collaborate more effectively. From automating their customer lifecycles, to tracking their large team initiatives and controlling how information is shared between users, you’ll focus on the features that supercharge our users’ process from end to end. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a role in defining the conventions, best practices and processes of Engineering at Catalyst. Salary information: The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 USD. Additionally, we offer a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and location.
