An overview of this role
GitLab is looking to add a strategic Finance Analyst to join the team to help support Bookings/ARR and Sales Analytics. The Strategic Finance team partners with executive team members across the company to provide timely, fact-based, data-driven decision support to help drive critical decisions. The team drives annual planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, internal financial reporting, and financial and analytical tools to make GitLab predictable. In this particular role, GitLab is looking for someone with experience partnering closely with Sales to drive topline analytics support for this growing department. This position is 100% remote, based in the US or Canada timezone.
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

$67,200--$129,600 USD
California/New York/New Jersey pay range
$67,200--$144,000 USD
