The Team You’ll Work With

The Business Technology & System team builds products & tools to support every single business selling products / supporting operations at Carta. We are the backbone of the business, and our goal is to be the growth driver for the company. We develop the platform, infrastructure, and tools that run the business, and we optimize for the long-term success of our internal teams and customers.

The Problems You’ll Solve

We’re looking for an Integration Developer who is passionate about improving how our business operates, from finance to sales to marketing to customer success. You will design, orchestrate, and operate the system that ties all of our Business Applications and Product. The right candidate has to have strong technical skills and should be able to design develop and maintain tools and automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their integration needs, and design robust and scalable integration solutions using iPaaS technologies.
• Development and Configuration: Develop, configure, and customize integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations within the iPaaS platform.
• Integration Platform Management: Manage and maintain the iPaaS platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations to ensure high availability and performance.
• API Development: Create, enhance, and manage APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) for various systems to enable seamless data exchange.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Implement data mapping and transformation logic to ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all integration solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and training purposes.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and system administrators, to ensure successful integration implementations.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Integration Developer with a focus on iPaaS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
• Experience with API development and management.
• Understanding of data transformation and mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications in iPaaS or integration technologies is a plus.
